All rates quote are for 24hr rental period. Special rates are available upon request
(weekly/monthly). Please selected carefully as charges are applicable for unused items regardless of exchanges. All rentals are tax-free. Prices subject to change without notice.
Orders canceled 30 days prior to event will lose their 25% reservation payment.
Orders canceled prior to 72 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
Orders canceled within 72 hours of delivery date are subject to 80% -100% cancellation charge.
Order canceled the day of or at delivery and / or will call are subject to 100% cancellation charge.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
Responsibility for equipmet remains with the lessor from the time of delivery to the time of return. Please be sure equipment 1s secure when not in use and protected from weather.
Special order items are available and must be ordered a minimum of one week prior to delivery. Special order items are subject to availability and have a 100% cancellation charge.
Normal delivery hours are 7am-5pm Monday -Saturday. Rates quoted for delivery items are based on first floor delivery to your door. Specific service request will incur additional charges above normal delivery Rates.
Tables and chairs should be taken down and stacked up for pick up. All items should be assembled in a single location, ready for pick up. Items not meeting these conditions may be subject to additional fees.
SETUP - TAKE DOWN
Setup and take down service is available at an additional cost. Arrangements must be made in advance and diagram need to be provided.
The majority of our equipment at our warehouse is available for pick up during showroom hours at no additional cost.
We require credit card authorization form and 25-50 percent non-refundable reservation payment to place order. The rest of the balance is due the week of event or prior to drop off.
A telephone call to Miranda Entertainment will bring an event specialist to your home or office. They are experts in every phase of party planning.
A damage waiver is available. The damage waiver charge is 10% of the total rental and covers reasonable, accidental damage to the equipment. It is optional and non-refundable. If the damage waiver is declined, and any rental items are damaged or missing, the customer will be responsible for the replacement charges for the items. This does not cover LOSSES, THEFT or DISAPPEARANCE OR EQUIPMENT DUE TO CUSTOMER NEGLIGENCE.
